Delete Your Account In-App

You can permanently delete your Bizak Inc. Master account directly within the app at any time. Follow these steps:

 

1. Open Bizak Master and make sure you’re logged in to your account

2. Go to Settings

(tap your profile icon or menu)

3. Scroll down to Account Settings

4. Tap “Delete Account”

5. Confirm deletion  when prompted (this action cannot be undone)

 

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

 

 

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Personal Information Deleted:

1. Your full name, email address, and phone number
2. Profile picture and biographical information
3. Account password and authentication credentials
4. Device tokens and session data
5. All personal identifiable information associated with your account

 

Deletion Timeline

After you request account deletion:

• Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you are logged out

• Within 24 hours: Your personal data is permanently deleted from our production database

• Within 30 days: All backup copies and cached data are purged from our systems

• Within 90 days: Any residual data in logs or analytics is fully anonymized or removed

 

Request Data Deletion Without Deleting Account

You can request deletion of specific data types without deleting your entire account. For example:

• Delete specific test results

• Remove profile picture or personal information

• Clear notification history

• Within Delete specific content you created

Most of these actions can be performed directly in the app. For data deletion requests that cannot be done in-app,

please contact us using the form below.

 

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app or need assistance with account or data deletion, you can submit a request by email:

  Email Deletion Request

       Send an email to: info@raindropinc.com

• Email subject: “Account Deletion Request” or “Data Deletion Request” 

• The email address associated with your Bizak Master account

• Your full name as it appears in your Bizak Master profile

• What you want deleted (entire account or specific data)

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once completed. For security purposes, we may ask for additional verification to confirm your identity before processing the deletion.

 

Data Retention for Legal Compliance

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data even after deletion requests:

• Legal obligations: If required by law or court order

• If required by law or court order: Basic records to prevent abuse of our services

• Financial records: Transaction history for accounting and tax purposes (if applicable)

Any retained data will be the minimum necessary to comply with legal requirements and will be securely stored with access limited to authorized personnel only.

 

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

• You will not be able to log in to Bizak Master with that account

• Your profile, test history, and personal data will be permanently removed

• If you want to use Bizak Master again, you will need to create a new account

• Your previous data cannot be recovered or restored
