information when you use the Bizak SFM mobile application (“App”).
This policy is in accordance with the privacy laws of Nepal.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

a. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number,
and company name when contacting us or registering an account.

b. Location Data (Precise & Background)

The App collects your precise GPS location data, including while running in the background:

  • What is collected: Latitude, longitude, and timestamp of each capture.
  • When collection begins: Starts when you check in for the day.
  • Frequency: Approximately every 15 minutes during work hours.
  • When collection ends: Stops at checkout or End-of-Day report.
  • Permissions required: “Allow all the time” location access and battery optimization exemption.
  • Offline handling: Data is encrypted and stored locally until connectivity is restored.

c. Attendance Location

A snapshot of your precise location is captured during check-in and check-out
to verify on-site attendance.

d. Visit & Route Location

GPS coordinates may be recorded when logging customer visits or managing routes.

e. Usage Data

Non-personally identifiable data such as browser type, operating system, and pages viewed,
used for analytics and improving user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information
  • Track and verify real-time field location during work hours.
  • Record attendance check-in and check-out locations.
  • Support route planning and sales activity management.
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests.
  • Send marketing communications with your consent.
  • Analyze usage trends to improve the App.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Note: Location data is used strictly for workforce management and not for advertising.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data is securely transmitted to
Bizak ERP servers and may be accessed by your employer or organization administrator.

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers under confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

  • Data in transit is protected via HTTPS.
  • Locally stored data is encrypted.

Data is retained only as long as necessary or as required by law.

5. Background Location — Google Play Disclosure

The App accesses location in the background to support workforce tracking during active shifts.
This occurs only after explicit user consent and check-in.

  • A persistent notification is shown during tracking.
  • Users can stop tracking by checking out or ending the day.
6. Use of Cookies

Cookies are used to collect standard internet log information and enhance user experience.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited.

7. Your Rights and Choices
  • Access, update, or delete your personal data.
  • Revoke location permissions via device settings.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
